Amb ell pots tenir una base de dades dels teus clients i vehicles i fer parts, pressupostos i factures de manera senzilla gràcies a la seva interfície intuitiva i a les seves ajudes d’autocompletat tant amb la informació que reculls del teu taller com amb la que et proporciona la nostra base de dades de vehicles i treballs. A més de controlar el teu estoc de manera automàtica en crear les teves factures, pots supervisar i tenir un historial dels treballs que fa cada empleat, comptabilitzant les hores que els hi porta.
El nostre client és un mecànic que heretarà tallers Forgar al Coll de’n Rabassa a Mallorca. És un negoci familiar, que ofereix servei de mecànica, xapa i pintura de turismes i motocicletes, és un local petit a les afores del barri. M’ha demanat que dissenyi un programa informàtic que tingui elements bàsics per a gestionar un taller, com fer factures, pressupostos, parts de treball… Vol un programa que gestioni el taller de manera similar als programes de TPV d’un restaurant, alguna cosa senzilla que tingui una corba d’aprenentatge ràpid perquè els treballadors del taller puguin utilitzar de manera autònoma i no hagin de dependre en tot moment del personal d’administració.

Our client is a mechanic who will inherit Forgar workshops in Coll de’n Rabassa, Mallorca. It is a family business that offers mechanical, bodywork, and painting services for cars and motorcycles. The workshop is a small location on the outskirts of the neighborhood. They have asked me to design a computer program that has basic features for managing a workshop, such as creating invoices, estimates, and work orders. They want a program that manages the workshop similar to restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems, something simple with a quick learning curve so that workshop employees can use it autonomously without depending on administrative staff at all times.
