Reforma Escoleta La Cuna
El projecte consisteix en la reforma total d’una escola existent orientada a la cura i educació de nens amb edats compreses entre els 0 i els 3 anys. Per dur-lo a terme, disposem d´un edifici de planta única ubicat als carrers de Francesc Moragas i Carrer París de Llucmajor (Mallorca, Illes Balears), que s’aixeca sobre un solar de 777,87 m2, dels quals 300,63 m2 pertanyen a la superfície construïda.
Pel que fa a la reforma, es planteja una millora en el conjunt de les instal·lacions que, a més d’oferir una estètica renovada que es mostri en sintonia amb els ideals estètics de l’illa, ajudi a augmentar la funcionalitat i la seguretat del centre.
Per acabar, comentar que el plantejament d’espais multifuncionals que es mostren en harmonia amb les zones exteriors, assegurarà la implementació de grans àrees de visió que facilitin les tasques de vigilància del personal. A més de l’anterior, les solucions adoptades pretenen influir en el desenvolupament de factors tan importants a la vida dels nens com; el sentiment de llibertat, confiança, independència i creativitat.

The project consists of the total reform of an existing school aimed at the care and education of children aged between 0 and 3 years. To carry it out, we have a single-storey building located on the streets of Francesc Moragas and Carrer París in Llucmajor (Mallorca, Balearic Islands), which stands on a plot of 777.87 m2, of which 300.63 m2 belong to the built surface.
With regard to the reform, an improvement is proposed in the whole of the facilities which, in addition to offering a renewed aesthetic that is in tune with the aesthetic ideals of the island, helps to increase the functionality and security of the center.
To finish, comment that the approach of multifunctional spaces that are shown in harmony with the outside areas, will ensure the implementation of large areas of vision that facilitate staff surveillance tasks. In addition to the above, the solutions adopted aim to influence the development of such important factors in children’s lives as; the feeling of freedom, confidence, independence and creativity.
